Cancellation and No-Refund Policy:

All bookings at Royalton Negril are final and non-refundable. Once your reservation is confirmed and payment is processed, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. We strongly recommend reviewing all booking details carefully and considering travel insurance for your protection against unforeseen circumstances.

Deposits:
A deposit of $250 per person is required to secure your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Balance Payments:
Full payment must be made by the specified due date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation without a refund of the deposit

Modifications and Transfers:
Modifications to your reservation, including transfers or changes to names or dates, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Any such requests must be made in writing and approved by our reservations team.
