Terms & Conditions

Last updated: March 31, 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any travel services through Exclusivity Trips Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By making a reservation or purchasing any travel services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Company Information

Exclusivity Trips Inc. is a group vacation and travel tour promoter and operator registered and based in New York, NY. We operate in compliance with the New York General Business Law, including Article 10-A (Truth in Travel Act) and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing the sale of travel services.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are made on a per-person basis. Prices quoted are in U.S. Dollars and are based on the occupancy type selected (single, double, or triple) at an all-inclusive resort. All room categories are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

By completing a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for ensuring that all travelers in your party meet the entry requirements for the destination country, including valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation.

3. Pricing and Inclusions

All pricing is quoted per person and includes accommodations at the designated all-inclusive resort, meals, beverages, hotel taxes, gratuities, and round-trip airport transfers at the destination. Pricing does not include the following unless expressly stated:

Airfare to and from the destination

Travel insurance

Departure and arrival taxes at the airport (where applicable)

Optional add-ons such as early arrival or extended stay

Personal expenses, spa treatments, excursions, and activities not included in the all-inclusive plan

Passport, visa, or other travel documentation fees

4. Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit of $250 per person is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the final payment due date specified for your trip. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.

We accept payments via credit card, debit card, ACH bank transfer, and buy-now-pay-later services including Affirm and Klarna where available. Financing through Affirm or Klarna is subject to their own terms, conditions, and credit approval. Exclusivity Trips Inc. is not responsible for financing terms offered by third-party payment providers.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

If you wish to cancel your reservation after the deposit has been paid, the following policies apply:

Cancellations made 90 or more days before the trip departure date may be eligible for a partial refund of payments made beyond the initial deposit, minus any applicable administrative fees.

Cancellations made 60 to 89 days before departure may receive a refund of up to 50% of payments made beyond the initial deposit.

Cancellations made fewer than 60 days before departure are non-refundable.

No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@exclusivitytripsinc.com. The cancellation date is determined by the date the written request is received, not the date it was sent.

We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances. Information on travel insurance options is available on our website.

6. Name Changes and Transfers

Name changes and reservation transfers are subject to availability and may incur additional fees imposed by the resort or airline. Requests must be submitted in writing at least 45 days prior to departure. Exclusivity Trips Inc. cannot guarantee that name changes or transfers will be accommodated by the resort or other third-party suppliers.

7. Travel Insurance

Exclusivity Trips Inc. highly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Travel insurance can protect you against trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, travel delays, and other unforeseen events. We have partnered with IMGlobal Travel Insurance to offer coverage for our trips, but you are free to purchase insurance through any provider of your choosing.

The decision to purchase or decline travel insurance is your choice and responsibility. Exclusivity Trips Inc. is not an insurance provider and makes no representations or guarantees regarding insurance coverage.

8. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

It is the sole responsibility of each traveler to ensure they possess valid travel documents, including but not limited to passports, visas, and health certificates as required by the destination country. Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the date of return. Exclusivity Trips Inc. is not responsible for denied entry due to improper documentation.

9. Health and Safety

Travelers are responsible for consulting with medical professionals regarding any vaccinations, health precautions, or medications required for international travel. By booking, you represent that you are medically fit to travel and participate in planned activities.

10. Limitation of Liability

(DDT) Group, and their affiliated entities, employees, shareholders, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns, neither own nor operate any person or entity which is to, or does, provide goods or services for these trips or tours.

Although Exclusivity Trips Inc. works under the Host IATA number of DDT Contracting Services, Inc., client and agency agree not to hold DDT CSI responsible for any failure or problems arising from the trip booking.

11. Force Majeure

In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or credit toward future travel but is not obligated to issue refunds.
